Statement of Donor Intent: These donations shall be collected under A.RS. 41-2052 B. 1, and will be governed and administered under A.RS. 35-142 A.3, 35-142.E, and 35-149. Sponsorships are non-transferable to other companies and organizations and are intended for the user by the original purchaser of the sponsor only. Residual donations will be distributed at the discretion of the host organization.
